EnergyPilot stores business contacts, site addresses, electricity bills, quotations, and agreements so ASH IT Consulting Inc. can prepare a commercial storage proposal.

Bill files are private. Account and meter numbers are masked in everyday screens. Access is limited to the administrator, the assigned installer, and the customer organization.

Uploading a bill is consent to process that document, including automated extraction. A person reviews extracted values before they are used in a customer-facing calculation.
